February menu
So we've arrived at February, love is in the air and so are the delicious aromas of our signature Salt Beef Brioche with mustard mayo, pickled cucumber and crispy shallots ~ back on our takeaway menu for February.
Always a popular choice, our Salt Beef is made from a whole brisket of beef which we marinade in a secret blend of spices for 10 days. The beef is then cooked until it literally falls apart and is served in a delicious fresh brioche roll with all the accompaniments.
Also look out for a plant based addition, Tenderstem Broccoli Ciabatta with roasted garlic & kale hummus and pickled chilli.
Our Roasted Garlic and Kale Hummus will also be available on the salad counter throughout February, along with our home made Rose Harissa Chicken as an option to add protein to your salads.
We’ll be adding some extra glam to our Goodness Bowls with a Teriyaki Salmon option and more additions will appear throughout the month.
