Hold onto your rolling pins, because August has been a whirlwind of baking brilliance! This month, our ovens have been working overtime to bring you a parade of irresistible treats. Plus, get the latest kitchen updates from Coleshill and discover new cakes and bakes from the Clanfield bakery team.

New season fruits and vegetables have prompted a freshen up of our Goodness Bowl offering at Clanfield and Coleshill, including White Bean & Asparagus Salad with Wild Garlic Dressing, Harissa Roast Cauliflower & Red Quinoa Salad and Daniel’s personal favourite, Spicy Slaw. 

Our biggest Easter ever! New Children’s lunchboxes (perfect for your little ones, complete with a freshly baked miniature sweet treat from our bakery) and a big thank you!

Our much-loved Hot Cross Buns are back from 1st March, right up until Easter (everyday at Clanfield and Thursday-Sunday every week at Coleshill). Along with our Creme Egg Scotch Eggs, and for the very first time we have baked Semla Buns (be quick - our Semla buns will be making their final appearance at Clanfield this Friday, 23rd Feb). 

We know January can be blue, so grab yourself a hot drink (cinnamon bun if you're lucky), curl up and read on about some feel good news.

We've had a very busy end to the year at Blake's Kitchen. In the last few weeks we welcomed Coleshill as the third spot in our family of café/bakeries. The team have worked tirelessly to open our newest site located in the Buscot & Coleshill Estate (part of the National Trust).

Ho, ho ho! The Blake's Christmas Shop is now open on our website! Place your order now for collection from Clanfield on 23rd or 24th December... but be quick! Stocks are limited for each day. Please note we will be closing at 2pm on Christmas Eve so all orders will need to be collected before this time

June heralds the beginning of summer, a month of long sunny days (well, fingers crossed), of lazy days spent outdoors and enjoying delicious fresh food. Here at Blake's we're bringing the sunshine to our seasonal menu with some show stoppers emerging from our bakery and kitchen teams.
